NMDP Interface Application

Updating the molecular typing of bone marrow donors and recipients is a regulatory requirement and important process in the lab. The NMDP Interface is a stand-alone application that connects with any LIMS database for data submission to NMDP for reporting purposes. Manually reporting high resolution molecular typing can be time-consuming and prone to transcription errors. The NMDP Interface securely  sends relevant data via NMDP’s standard API.  Data transmitted includes confirmatory typings, GRID numbers, center codes, etc., which are sourced from any LIMS database including the mTilda core LIMS. This application replaces the paper-based reporting process of forms 22 & 117, which saves valuable time and ensures data accuracy.
