NGS Connect can seamlessly connect your Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) typing results with your mTilda database. It supports all NGS vendor platforms that utilize the NGS data export standard, Histoimmunogenetics Markup Language (HML), among other file types (e.g. PDF, CSV, etc). The data import process is customized to your preferred level of resolution and supports P/G groups, ambiguities, 4th field resolution, as well as reference sequence data management.

  • NGS Connect handles all NGS vendors’ file formats and is available in the mTilda Apps Suite:

    • Omixon

    • One Lambda

  • Data import to mTilda can be done using:

    • Batch import of the entire NGS run, or

    • Via an auto-watched folder
